4.Some methods used and their limitations(raise CPU Clock Speed,dual-core technology....etc)
5.Several Solutions and opportunities ahead.

When talking about the question why US is the leading country in 20th century and why European culture ruled the world in a dominant position, I'll just say there can be hardly a reason or reasons that can explain the problem thoroughly in such a big time scale, say ,thousands of years. The biggest reason is chance.
